Dictation Equipment Rental Request
Dictation equipment is available for three different sizes of tape: standard, mini and micro. Standard tapes are regular tapes. For quality purposes 60 minute tapes are recommend, and nothing longer then 90 minute tapes is suggested. Mini and Micro tapes are small tapes that are very similar in size, but they work with two different machines; it is important to know which size of tape you are using so that you can request the correct machine.
Billing will be completed on the return of the equipment to ICT. The fees will be charged to the CFOPAL account number provided. If someone other than the authorized contact was using the machine, it is up to the authorized contact person and the department to collect any funds from the end user.
