Annual maintenance agreements are available for a wide selection of laser printers once the manufacturer's warranty has expired. A general check of the printer is required to confirm that it is in reasonable running condition.

Benefits of a Maintenance Agreement:

• On-site repairs whenever possible (at the technician's discretion) or free on-site pickup and delivery service when it is not possible
• Piece of mind with protection from unplanned costly repairs and resulting budgetary issues

Most office laser printers require Maintenance Kits at pre-scheduled page count intervals; this is required to maintain the print quality and reliability of the printer. Maintenance Kits and Toner Cartridges are not covered under a maintenance agreement.

Maintenance agreement rates vary according to machine type and usage volume.
