When you request support, you will be contacted by a senior analyst in ICT for a consultation, to assess your basic needs and to estimate the rough size of the project. Once that is done, a project team and schedule will be assembled to begin solving your business problem.
Rates for application and database services vary and can be billed in a variety of ways, depending on the amount of support you need and the method of billing you prefer. You may be billed on an hourly basis, or billed a flat rate for staff effort.
