ICT Help Desk
Contact the ICT Help Desk for assistance with everything up to and including getting successfully logged into your course. This includes assistance with:
- properly configuring your web browser
- adding and configuring browser plug-ins
- network connectivity problems
- forgotten usernames or passwords
Instructors
Once you have successfully logged into a course, any further assistance should be obtained from your course instructor. If necessary, your instructor will contact ICT for further assistance. Examples of when you would contact your instructor include:
- You find a broken link in the course.
- You find problems in course content, including things like spelling mistakes or information that is confusing.
- You have concerns regarding the wording of assignments or quiz questions.
- The instructor says something is in the course (content, quiz, assignment) and you cannot find it.
- You have questions about the course content, class times, or other course specific information.
- You have problems using a specific tool, like the discussion forum, chat, assignments, quizzes, etc.
- You do not agree with marks assigned to you and wish to dispute them.
