Overview
Clickers (aka Student Response System, or SRS) are an instant feedback tool. Students have a response pad, similar to a TV remote control with which they can answer questions posed by the instructor. Instructor is working at a computer equipped with a clicker receiver (a small USB device) that gathers the students' responses. Answers can be instantly displayed or simply saved. Questions can be as simple as yes/no or multiple choice.
Clickers can be used anonymously, or can be associated with a student id and used for some quizzing or student grade association.
Typically, the software is integrated into a PowerPoint presentation, which will the display results in real time.
