Users of the Conferencing Service agree to the following terms of use:
- All users of this service must abide by all applicable laws and all University Policies, including the Computer Use Policy.
- All users of this system agree that all activity on this system can be recorded and monitored for the purposes of administering this system and security investigations.
- This service can only be used for University of Saskatchewan purposes, including meetings for educational, business, or research purposes, study groups, online lectures, inter-institutional working groups, etc.
- Participants in meetings hosted by this service can include people who are not employees, faculty, or students of the University of Saskatchewan.
- All users of this system recognize that there are limitations to how many people can use the service at a given time. Users of this system agree to abide by any decisions made by the Conferencing Service Manager needed to guarantee compliance with any software licenses.
- Access to the licensed system will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Users of the system may be asked to participate in a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of this web conferencing service.
Copyright and Ownership
- Participants warrant and represent that they have obtained all appropriate copyright rights to distribute materials provided in sessions hosted on this system.
- Participants in sessions hosted by these systems recognize that what they do in meetings may be recorded by the session owners for rebroadcast at a later date.
- Users of this system recognize that all software installed on their computers for use in conferencing is proprietary software and agree to abide by the various companies' software license agreement displayed when the software is installed on user's computers.
