ICT is pleased to be able to license, maintain and support several web conferencing technologies. Wherever possible, ICT works with clients through initial set-up and testing to help them become familiar and proficient enough with web conferencing technology that they can, in time, use it unassisted.
ICT also works closely with eMAP staff to coordinate cost-effective provision of hardware required for web conferencing (microphones, speakers, projectors, etc.). It is possible, however, that you may need to purchase or obtain hardware or support for your use of web conferencing depending on your requirements.
