As an ongoing effort to meet the needs of the students and instructors with respect to technology, Instructional Support Services (part of Education and Research Support Services (ERTS) in ITS) conducts investigations into new technologies available to support teaching and learning.

Depending on the nature of the technology, its cost and its applicability across all colleges and departments of the University, ITS may proceed with pilot projects to further study the usefulness of the technology and identify issues around its potential for use on campus.
