The Lecture Capture Service (LCS) is available 365 days per year, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day subject to scheduled server or application maintenance downtimes.

The LCS is not considered a critical service therefore correction of service failures may be deferred to regular office hours. There is no on-call support for off-hours.

Technical support for clients: normal Help Desk business day office hours in eMAP and ITS. 

Technical support for servers: normal business day office hours.

Requests will be followed-up within one business day; appointments may be required for detailed questions.

Lecture capture is installed in the following locations:

Once you have confirmation that the room is reserved, please proceed to the Getting Started section to schedule a lecture capture.
