QMP is a new service for instructors, researchers and employees who need to create, schedule, deliver and/or report on assessments such as quizzes, tests, questionnaires, and exams.
A computer-aided assessment tool based on the Questionmark Perception Assessment Management System, the new service will be of particular benefit to instructors, teaching assistants, instructional designers, subject matter experts, content developers, and reporting/evaluation users.

A future release of the QMP service, scheduled for 2011, will expand capabilities to include:
- The ability to create secure assessments and exams for online delivery
- The ability to deliver assessments via Blackboard
- Integration with id management systems to allow for streamlined access to assessments
