Suspect e-mail is held as quarantined spam for review. The U of S Spam filter process works by “scoring” each piece of e-mail and routing the mail based its score. The more “spam-like” the higher it scores. High scoring e-mail is quarantined until it is deleted or released by the user. Low scoring e-mail is delivered to your inbox.
To release only some of the messages in the digest click on each message's ID and send the automatically created reply message.
To release all messages listed in the quarantine digest, send a reply to the digest message and those messages will be automatically sent to your inbox.
Your messages will be sent from quarantine to your inbox.
