Email - Check & Manage Your Quota
This page has been updated to provide information about the new U of S Email and Calendar service. If you are looking for information relating to the old U of S Email service, it is still available.
Detailed information regarding the changeover between the old and new service is also available.
Members of the University community are assigned a default quota for the U of S Email service based on their role at the University. Once a user reaches their quota, they will be unable to send email until they either delete messages to drop back below their quota or until their quota is increased. Note that you will receive a warning message when you come within 50 MB of your quota. Also note that you will not be prohibited from receiving email even when you reach (or exceed) your maximum quota.

* For employees and functional role accounts, the ITS Email Service Manager will receive requests for quotas above the stated maximum where a sufficient business case is provided.

You can also see this information in Outlook Web App.
- Open https://campus.usask.ca and enter your NSID and password or from PAWS click the Exchange icon.
- On the left side of the window, hover the mouse cursor over your name... after a couple of seconds, a popup will display your total usage and quota.
You can also see detailed usage information in Outlook. If you are using Outlook 2010:
