Servers are occasionally unavailable due to maintenance and repair. You can check the Email Server Status page to see if the email server is operating normally.

There are a number of situations where you want to display all of the headers of an e-mail message. If you are reporting delayed delivery of e-mail then the headers contain a detailed log of each server that handled the message. Unwanted or abusive e-mail contains a record of who sent it and how, and not always in the way that the sender claimed.
When forwarding an unwanted or abusive e-mail to the ICT Help Desk it is very important that you include all of the header information. The following are instructions to submit the header information to email@example.com:
Outlook Express will include the full headers if you forward the message as an attachment, but the recipient might not be able to read them.
