1. Close Outlook 2003/2007 if already open and add Exchange account via the “Mail” applet in Control Panel. (Press Start, then press Control Panel)
2. Click on Email Accounts and proceed to configure Exchange account:
3. Click on New under the Email tab
4. Select "Add a new e-mail account:
5. Select Microsoft Exchange Server:
6. Type in the following information:
7. Press the More Settings button.
8. Make sure Automatically detect connection state is selected under the General Tab:
9. Under Security Tab, make sure Encryption is checked:
10. Under Connection Tab:
11. Make sure that:
