Disk space for colleges and departments on the Jade shared file service is available for $18.00 per Gigabyte (GB) per year. If you would like to purchase space on the Jade shared file service, please contact the ITS Main Office.
Additional space can be added dynamically to your departmental storage space on Jade and requires no service outage.
Requests for additional space with the accompanying U of S account number are accepted by ITS Windows Consulting group. Generally, the space is added within one business day. The account information is forwarded to the ITS A&F group for billing.
If a department has a Service Level Agreement with the ITS Desktop Support group, these requests are generally made by Desktop Support staff on behalf of the department.
