The Red Hat Linux Administrator account (known as root) is created during the install process. See step 16 in the installation instructions for more information.
Red Hat Linux user accounts (known as system user) can be made during the install process, see step 25 in the installation instructions for more information. User accounts can also be created after Red Hat Linux has been installed. See step 33 in the installation instructions for more information.
