1. Open the Control Panel from your Start Menu.
2. Open Network and Internet.
3. Open Network and Sharing Center.
4. Click "Manage Wireless Networks" which is on the left side menu.
5. Press "Add"
6. Click "Manually create a network profile"

7. Use the following information:
- Network Name: eduroam
- Security Type: WPA2-Enterprise
- For Encryption Type: AES
- Check the box for Start this connection automatically
8. Press "Next" then press "Change Connection Settings"
9. Open Security Tab and for "Choose a network authentication method" select "Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP)" then press the "Setting" button

10. Uncheck "validate server certificate" and for "Select Authentication Method" select "Secure Password (eap-mschap v2)" then press "Configure" button

11. uncheck "Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any)" then press "OK"

12. press ok

13. Click the balloon in your task tray that is asking for additional information again

- For Username type in your NSID username in the format of:
NSID@usask.ca (ie abc123@usask.ca)
- For Password type in your NSID password
- Press ok
14. Press Close.
