The following wireless set-up instructions are for computers with the Windows 7 operating system.
1. Open the Control Panel from your Start Menu.
2. Open Network and Internet.
3. Open Network and Sharing Center.
4. Click "Manage Wireless Networks" which is on the left side menu.
5. Press "Add"
6. Click "Manually create a network profile"
7. Use the following information:
Network Name: guest
Security Type: No authentication (open)
Check the box for Start this connection automatically
8. Press "Next" then press "Close"
9. You will see a ballon stating that "additional log on information may be required"
10. Open up a web browser, such as Internet Explorer; you will be redirected to the U of S Wireless Access Authentication page.
