If you are using Zone Alarm you may get the following Access Denied message when using PAWS:
Correcting Steps:
Step 1
Right click ZA icon in Tasktray and select "Restore ZoneAlarm Security Suite Control Center."
Step 2
Select Privacy (from left column):
Step 3
Open the Site List tab, find paws.usask.ca in the list and click on it, then press the Options Button:
Step 4
Uncheck the boxes for "Session Cookies," "Persistent Cookies" and "3rd Party Cookies" (all three).
Step 5
Click OK
Step 6
Close Security Suite Control Center.
Step 7
Close browser (if open), reopen it and log in to PAWS.
