Before seeking help, check the printing tips on this website. Next check the status of your print account using the PAWS CPAS channel to see if you have credit or if the job was charged to you. If you do not have credit, you must add credit before the job will be printed. If you have credit in your account, has not been charged and the printer appears to be functioning (i.e. online, no jams, has paper) wait a few minutes before you try again. Your job may just be delayed. If it does not come out and no charge has appear in your CPAS account then print again. Make sure you have the right printer. If your job still does not print then seek help from the local IT Help Desk.
In-person support is available in a number of locations. What you do or who you go to depends on your question:
- If your question is about the operation of a specific CPAS printer (e.g. the job has not printed, the job was damaged, printers name, etc.) contact the support staff located in the vicinity of the CPAS printer.
- If your question is about funds you just added to your CPAS account contact the location you used to add credit. For the SITs please contact the Arts and Science Help Desk.
If your not sure who to contact go to your local college IT Help Desk or the ITS Help Desk.
