Once your network print queue has been created, setting up Windows and Macintosh computers to access the printer is easy.
You need to set up a network printer so your computer can access the network. The first printer you connect your computer to, whether it is a network printer or another printer, will automatically be your default printer. If you have access to more than one printer you may want to choose a default printer; the default printer is used for your print job unless a different one is manually selected.
1. Click "Start"
2. Select "Run"

3. Enter "\\green"
4. Click "OK"

5. Double-click on the printer that you want to set up on your desktop

You will see a dialog appear briefly as your printer is set up. When it disappears your printer will be set up.
As shown in Figure 1.

2. Select "Printers and Faxes" to start the "Add Printer Wizard"
