Long distance numbers dialed frequently can be programmed as fast dials on Cisco IP phones. My Fast Dials is an integrated application accessed using the Services button.

Assign a Fast Dial Number

1. Press the Services button.
2. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to My Fast Dials.
3. Press the Select soft key.
4. Press the Assign soft key.
5. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to the fast dial number you want to program.
6. Press the Select soft key.
7. Enter the phone number that you want to program as a fast dial.
8. Press the Submit soft key.
9. Press the OK soft key.

Dial a Fast Dial Number

1. Press the Services button.
2. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to My Fast Dials.
3. Press the Select soft key.
4. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to the fast dial number you want to dial.
5. Press the Dial soft key.

Delete a Fast Dial Number

1. Press the Services button.
2. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to My Fast Dials.
3. Press the Select soft key.
4. Press the Remove soft key.
5. Use the Navigation button to scroll down to the fast dial number you want to remove.
6. Press the Select soft key.
7. Press the OK soft key.
