Analog single line phones and devices (for example, fax machines and modems) have a variety of features and functions. Your telephone line may be assigned some or all of the features available. Those provided on your line have been selected to reflect your basic telephone needs. Please note these instructions vary from analog services delivered over the legacy telephone network.
Phone features are activated by using the switch hook (the button in the cradle of the telephone) or via the Link button on enhanced single line telephones. If you attempt to use a feature not assigned to your set, you will hear a "fast busy" tone. Please contact ICT Telephone Services if you are unsure what features your telephone has been assigned.

You will need to preset the speed call commands using the Cisco Call Manager web application. Please contact ICT Telephone Services for details.
