ICT is replacing the Meridian Mail voicemail system with the Cisco Unity Mail system; instructions for the Cisco Unity Mail system are described below.
Once you have accessed the voicemail system, you can adjust the set-up options for your voicemail. The following set-up options are most frequently used.
Dial 4112 to record a new greeting.
Dial 412 to turn on your alternate greeting.
Dial 413 to edit other greetings.
Dial 414 to play all greetings.
Dial 42 to access the Message Settings menu.
Dial 421 to change message notification.
Dial 424 to edit private lists.
Dial 43 to access the Personal Settings menu.
Dial 431 to change your password.
Dial 432 to change your recorded name.
In addition, set-up options can be adjusted from within the Cisco Unity Personal Communications Assistant.
