It is possible for one blog to have multiple authors. You can only add authors to a blog if you have blog administrator permissions for that blog.
To add additional authors to your blog, you must log in to your blog. On the My Weblogs main menu page, select "Authors" from the System Shortcuts menu on the right. You will be taken to the Manage Authors page where you can add additional authors.
Various permissions are available for blog authors. These permissions are:
- Blog Administrator (all permissions)
- Entry Creation
- Upload File
- Edit All Entries
- Manage Templates
- Configure Weblog
- Rebuild Files
- Send Notifications
- Manage Categories
- Manage Notification List
- View Activity Summary
When you add additional authors to your blog, they are given permission to create entries and upload files. You can add, change or remove blog permissions as needed. To remove an author you need to remove all the permissions for the author.
