Once your files are on Homepage, people can visit your website by going to http://homepage.usask.ca/~abc123/filename.html where abc123 is your NSID
, and "filename.html" is the name of the file to view. In order for people to be able to visit your site by going to http://homepage.usask.ca/~abc123/ without specifying the filename, the starting page for your site must be named "index.html."
Visit the List of Individual Pages at the U of S, where you can ask to have your site added to the list by filling out the online form. This will add your site to the list, and also provide your website with an easier-to-remember URL (e.g. http://www.usask.ca/~firstname.lastname/).
