Homepage provides students, instructors, researchers, employees and alumni at the U of S with file space for the creation of individual webpages.
Individual webpages created on homepage.usask.ca can be used for any non-commercial purpose, provided that they adhere to University of Saskatchewan policies. Please review the individual guidelines.

PHP Scripts

Database Compatibility
MySQL and Postgres databases can be incorporated into websites on homepage.
Restricted Access
You can use .htaccess files to restrict access to your website. URLs for sites that are restricted to people with NSIDs and passwords need to begin with https:// so that the password is not sent in clear text. For more information on restricting access, please read the Apache documentation on .htaccess files.
Disk Quota
The default disk quota on the homepage.usask.ca server is 50 MB. You can check your quota to see how much space you have available.
