Cascade Server by Hannon Hill was selected as
the product that best met the needs of the campus. Representatives from seven
units on campus (Information Technology Services, Student Enrolment and
Services Division, College
of Arts and Science,
Edwards School of Business, Facilities Management Division, University
Communications and Educational Media Access and Production) worked together to
identify campus web-publishing needs and to select a solution for the campus
through an RFP and demo process. Products were evaluated on both functional and
technical merit. All seven units unanimously chose Cascade Server.
The U of S collaboration
has been profiled in a WCMS case study.
