HOWTO: Use the Scanner in the Main Library

1. Place document to be scanned in the top right corner of the scanner bed.
2. Double-click on the hp scanjet 5530 icon on the desktop.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Choose “Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard” from the menu that opens
   
   
   
   
   
4. Choose a file type to save as and click “Preview”. Verify the scan area (area inside dotted line) is correct and resize as needed.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click “Next” and follow on-screen instructions and save the file into “My Documents”
