Room Bookings for Group Study
Rooms are available to students for Group Study in the Murray Library and Natural Sciences Library during library hours.
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Students may make up to two bookings per calendar week.
- Each booking may be a maximum of two hours in length.
- Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
Free and busy times can now be seen without the need to login, however, you must login with your NSID to book a room.
These rooms are located on the ground floor of the Learning Commons, the third floor in the North Wing of the Murray Library and on the ground floor of the Natural Sciences library.
If a group does not show up, or a room is left unoccupied for 30 minutes, the room will become available to another group of students on a first-come first-serve basis. This group may continue using the room even if the original group arrives. Please make sure that one member of your group remains in the room at all times during your booking.
