Room Bookings for Group Study
Rooms are available to students for Group Study in the Education & Music Library, Law Library, Leslie and Irene Dubé Health Sciences Library, Murray Library, and Science Library during library hours.
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Students may make up to two bookings per calendar week.
- Each booking may be a maximum of two hours in length.
- Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- All screen-equipped rooms are PC & Mac compatible but adaptors/dongles for MacBooks are required to connect. Some libraries supply Mac adaptors, please check availability at the Reserve Collection desk.
Free and busy times can now be seen without the need to login, however, you must login with your NSID to book a room.
If a group does not show up, or a room is left unoccupied for 30 minutes, the room will become available to another group of students on a first-come first-serve basis. This group may continue using the room even if the original group arrives. Please make sure that one member of your group remains in the room at all times during your booking.
Education & Music - second floor of the Education Building in the Education Library
Law Library - basement of the Law Library
Leslie and Irene Dubé Health Sciences Library - first and second floor
Murray Learning Commons - ground floor, first floor and the third floor in the North Wing of the Murray Library
Science Library - ground floor
The first three digits of your NSID will be visible for each of your room bookings.
