I never got such a problem with. What ever I put it in a developer or not.
In fact HCl clear all and at lower dilution .
so try a 1% dilution, rinse your print and follow this by a hypowash .
But Iron whatever the form always dissolve in HCl. Iron hydroxyde don't
duissolve in EDTA and Sulfite solution . I think Ware dais that it don't
dissolve in Hypoclear agent and EDTA but don't think he said that it don't
clear in HCl.
