Yes, but the NASA Photos are one small example of where one can use the
best equipment, and little is known about how much work was done to the
images. Furthermore, when you are talking about doing a book, you can't
always use high end digital equipment - you use what you can afford.
Digital images do from time to time exhibit color fringes - AS CAN
CONVENTIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS. There is more to this fringing issue than just
weather or not the camera is digital or film
for now and for the typical photographer who wants extremely good images,
film is the only choice.
