Troubleshooting A Potential Issue

Pop-up blockers on ADF Secure

If you experience problems with
windows not opening when you are in the ADF secure site, the problem may be that
Windows XP is blocking the pop-up window.
To get around this problem, open “Internet
Explorer”, click on “Tool”, then click “Pop-up Blocker” and select “Pop-up
Blocker Settings”. A window will open – type *.gov.sk.ca and click “Add”. This
site will be added to the “Allowed sites” list. Close this window and try login
in again. This should resolve
access issues.
