Proposals
The
Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission (SCDC) is accepting research
proposals for canola projects related to production, utilization, new products
and uses, breeding, and issues affecting the industry.
The deadline for
proposals is November 15, 2005. Proposals may be submitted using
any of the following application forms:

Please note,
the Commission already received and will select projects for funding, from the
Letters of Intent submitted to the Canola Council of Canada, Canola Agronomic
Research Program (CARP) in June 2005. Other proposals may be sent directly
to SCDC.
A committee
of SCDC Directors, staff, and scientific advisors review and prioritize the
proposals for funding. The committee evaluates the research proposals for their
benefit to producer profitability and the canola
industry.
Applicants
will be notified by March 2006 if their application has been approved for
funding.
