These legal issues have received little attention in the past, and thus this series is a much-needed and informative response. The four papers produced in this series examine a range of topics including a constitutional analysis of Aboriginal and treaty rights to health in Canada, the Crown's fiduciary obligation in the provision of health services to Aboriginal people, international law and the Indigenous right to health, Aboriginal women and health inequalities, and a framework for the future to improve health services and the health status of Aboriginal women. |
