$475.00 + 23.75 GST = $498.75 (Standard)
$199.00 + 9.95 GST = $208.95 (Student)*
$425.00 + 21.25 GST = $446.25 (Presenters)

*Student rate (with proof of full-time status): Documentation of student status must accompany your payment. (e.g. a letter from your department head or supervisor). Registrations will not be accepted without this document.

PAYMENT OF FEES

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE IS: Friday, September 23, 2011
Payment is required at the time of registration BY CREDIT CARD ONLY.
The University of Saskatchewan accepts Visa and Mastercard only
We will no longer invoice employers or government agencies, nor accept Purchase Orders.

Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail upon payment.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Registration fees will be refunded less an administrative fee of $75.00 if notification of cancellation is received on or before September 23, 2011. NO REFUNDS will be made after this date.
