Honorable Mention CertificateAWARD: The Columbus International Film & Video Festival, a.k.a. 'The Chris Awards', is one of the most prestigious documentary, educational, business and informational competitions in the U.S., the oldest of its kind in North America. It has been awarding quality productions since 1952.

Entrants, who include hundreds of independent and corporate producers, compete within subject-area Divisions and Categories for the first place Chris Statuette, second place Bronze Plaques and third place Certificates of Honorable Mention. The following criteria are applied during the judging process: target audience, purpose, concept and creativity, credibility, organization and development, and technical proficiency. Honorable Mention recognition is given to productions receiving a final score of 5 on a 7 point rating scale. This means that the judging panel found the production to be of significant value and merit.

'Living With Hope' received Honorable Mention in the Physical Health Division/Death and Dying Category.
