Constitution - RNSS
Purpose
- The RNSS will use a team approach
to program and promote activities and events to benefit
the Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan, Regina
site students.
- To promote involvement within
the community for the benefit of the students and general
public.
- To promote professionalism in
Nursing.
- To support all enterprises that
help to make nursing and nursing education progressive.
- To support all activities that
strive to make a student's nursing education experience
well rounded (body, mind and spirit).
- To protect academic and individual
rights of the students associated with NEPS, Regina site.
- To maintain communication between
students at all other existing Nursing Education Program
of Saskatchewan (NEPS) sites, between students and other
nursing faculties, Canadian Nursing Students' Association
(CNSA), the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
(SRNA), Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of
Saskatchewan (RPNAS), the Students' Association, SIAST
Wascana Campus Inc., and the University of Saskatchewan
Student's Union (USSU).
To create a sense of community and
pride for all Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan
(NEPS), Regina Site students by providing: student activities
accessible to all nursing students mentoring accessible
to all Regina NEPS students
