Information for Students
Student Uniforms

A standard uniform to be worn in clinical practice is required for all students enrolled in undergraduate nursing programs at the UofS. Uniforms worn when working with patients/clients will enhance professionalism, infection control, personal safety, and role identification.
Uniforms should be purchased by students in the Post Degree BSN program in their first year of study (beginning May 2011). Students in the new BSN program will not require a uniform until their second year of study (beginning Sept 2012). Current NEPS students are welcome to purchase a uniform as well, but it is not a requirement in that program.
Uniforms are sourced from Mobb Medical and can be ordered at:

Please see this PDF for a preview of style options available. Tops will be white and pants will be spruce green. The UofS crest will be embroidered on the top.
Please note that uniform orders must be placed about 6 weeks in advance of classes beginning. Once students have selected a style and size, the suppliers will send the uniforms out to have the UofS crest embroidered onto the top. Please order as soon as possible once accepted into the program to avoid delays. Students cannot attend clinical without a standard College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan uniform.
A uniform jacket is also available but is not mandatory. However, if students choose to wear a jacket/sweater to clinical, it must be the U of S crested uniform jacket.
