Lost/Stolen Permit

Lost or stolen student permits have a replacement value of $25.00. There is a two week waiting period during which alternate parking must be found. You must report same to Parking and Transportation Services in person and fill out the necessary forms for replacement, as soon as possible. The waiting period will commence once the forms are completed.
