Student Parking Online Sale

Online Sale Qualifications

  • must be registered in at least one class at the University of Saskatchewan or affiliated colleges by midnight August 29th. (This includes graduate students)
  • each applicant must have a valid NSID number to access the ballot on PAWS. 
  • $20.00 NON REFUNDABLE application fee will be charged for all ballots PRIOR to activation

There is a pick up deadline (September 13, 2013, 16:30 hours) for all permits. Please note this date carefully. All permits not picked up by the deadline will be offered for resale in the Second Chance Sale as follows:

 There will be a change in how Student Permits will be assigned after the Online Sale! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION!

All unsuccessful students who have applied to the current Online Sale and paid the application fee of $20.00, will be offered a SECOND CHANCE to obtain a student permit since they have paid for a ballot. After the pick up deadline for the Online Sale, all online applicants will be offered those permits which are NOT picked up by the deadline. In the past, all such permits were sold in the Last Chance Sale. 

THERE WILL BE NO LAST CHANCE SALE AS IN THE PAST!

Second Chance Sale (2013)  (Tuesday, September 17, 2013)

  1. If you applied to the Online Sale and were NOT assigned a parking permit, you are eligible for the SECOND CHANCE SALE.  You are eligible ONLY if you applied to the Online Sale and were NOT SUCCESSFUL, (not because you did not receive your choice). Permits (while supplies last) will be offered to eligible students ONLY, on a first-come, first-served basis, on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Please note that supplies may be limited and may sell out in only a few hours.
    • Valid student card and method of payment will be required (at time of purchase).
    • Permits will NOT be held or reserved if documents are not produced at sale time
    • No upgrading of permits allowed
    • Only one permit per year, per student.
  2. If any permits remain after the Second Chance Sale, they will then be offered to all other students on the following day, Wednesday, September 18, 2013 while supplies last.
    • First come, first served only
    • Permits will not be held or reserved
    • Valid Student Cards and method of payment required at sale time
    • No upgrading of permits allowed
    • Only one permit per year, per student.
  3. Any permits which are not sold out or become available (for whatever reason) throughout the year (Sep-Apr) will be available for sale on WEDNESDAYS. If permits do become available, they are often sold out shortly after our office opens at 08:00 hours, so it will not help for you to call our office, you must attend in person in order to purchase a permit and all permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Permits will NOT be held. You must come with your valid student card and method of payment. No upgrading will be allowed at any time.
