The tournament is open to all in the pharmacy and nutrition industries, U of S students, staff, faculty and alumni, and pharmacy and nutrition associations.

Registration Fees for 2012
$130 per golfer, which includes:
Teams will be formed a few days prior to the event and all information will be provided to you by email or phone. You may also choose to register your own team. We have room for approximately 144 golfers, and as a previous attendee, we invite you to join us again this year! A supper and social will follow the golf tournament where our annual awards and prizes will be presented. Extra tickets are available for the social at $40.00 per person. Register early as this event once again promises to be highly popular!
