
The College offers the following programs:
M.Sc. programs are approximately 24 months duration and consist of a minimum of 12 (Nutrition) and 9 (Pharmacy) credit units of graduate course work, a thesis, and participation in seminars.
Ph.D. programs consist of a minimum of 6 credit units of relevant course work, dissertation, examinations, participation in seminars, and take approximately 4 years to complete.
Areas of Graduate Study:
Graduate Studies and Research in Pharmacy focuses on pharmaceutics/drug delivery; medicinal/pharmaceutical chemistry; bio- and nanotechnology/molecular biology; pharmacokinetics; clinical pharmacy*; pharmacy education; pharmacoeconomics and pharmacoepidemiology; toxicology; and social and adminstrative pharmacy. *Please note that for most graduate programs in the clinical pharmacy area, students must be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Saskatchewan.
Graduate Studies and Research in Nutrition include clinical nutrition, dietary assessment, nutritional biochemistry, nutrition services administration, community nutrition and nutrition education.
