Instructor, Pharmacy Technician Program
Reporting to the Coordinator, the Instructor will plan and deliver instruction of the SIAST Pharmacy Technician program, as well as arrange and supervise practicum placements. North West Regional College Instructors evaluate student progress and provide feedback, as well as maintain accurate records in accordance with college requirements. The successful applicant will have recent hospital or community pharmacy experience and knowledge of computerized pharmaceutical programs. To be eligible for this instructor opportunity, applicants must be a licensed Pharmacist and a member of the Saskatchewan Pharmaceutical Association. The supervision of student practicum placements necessitates that the Instructor have a valid driver’s license.
Term: June 29, 2009 to May 5, 2010
Salary: $245.37 to 354.84 per day dependent on academic qualifications and relevant experience.
