SK Pharmacists Learning Portfolio

License renewal: When you send in your license renewal/fees, you DO NOT need to include a copy of your Professional Development Log (PDL). Please keep your PDL for your own records so you can keep track of the CEUs you claim each year. A copy of this document, as well as all supporting documentation or material will be required in the event that you are audited.
April 1st is an important date... Any CEUs earned April 1st or later can be used for the current licensing year or used towards the next year's license.

THE SASKATCHEWAN PHARMACISTS LEARNING PORTFOLIO

The Saskatchewan Pharmacists Learning Portfolio has been developed to help you track your professional development activities, and reflect on the practice-related outcomes of your learning.  It recognizes a broader scope of learning activities than traditional continuing pharmacy education.
