Graduate Studies Opportunities

Our graduate students have their home base in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, which also has primary responsibility for the development and teaching of the graduate programs. The College of Graduate Studies and Research (CGSR) is responsible for setting University-wide standards and is in charge of their administration. CGSR admits students, monitors their progress (along with the home college) and authorizes all graduate degrees.

The M.Sc. program is approximately 24 months duration and consists of graduate course work, research leading to M.Sc. thesis, and participation in seminars.

The Ph.D. program consists of a minimum of 6 credit units of relevant course work, research leading to Ph.D. dissertation, examinations, participation in seminars, and takes 3-4 years to complete.
