is a key goal of the College. Faculty and students are active in a wide range of service activities, which include delivery of continuing education for professionals, community service programs, and leadership in local, national and provincial health institutions and professional organizations.

The College is also home to the following professional programs, which make essential contributions to undergraduate and graduate programs in Pharmacy and Nutrition.

  • Pharmacy EduLab Program (301 THORV) - "Turning New Ideas Into Practice" is the goal of this new program, funded by Merck Frosst and Canada Safeway, to improve the way in which pharmacists communicate with patients, and to enhance the quality and quantity of information that patients receive.

  • Saskatchewan Community Nutrition Residency Program (120 THORV) - the College, Saskatoon Health Region, Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, Moose Jaw/Thunder Creek Health District and Saskatchewan Health jointly offer a program that provides advanced training in community nutrition.

  • Canadian Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program (116 THORV) - College faculty coordinate this program that provides advanced clinical training opportunities in hospital pharmacy.
