
Living alone for the first time and want to learn more about nutrition and healthy eating? If so, the Be Smart, Eat Smart (BSES) Program is for you! The program is offered by the Nutrition Resource and Volunteer Centre (NRVC) of the College and Pharmacy and Nutrition.
Started in September 1998, the BSES program is aimed at first year university students, who may need support in food planing, budgeting, shopping, and preparation. The 1998-99 school year was the pilot year for BSES, and we are in the process of building this program.
