Receipts will be issued on arrival at the workshop.

Graduate Students: A limited number of grants are available to cover registration and
accommodation fees for graduate students. Please contact the organizers for more
information.

U.S. Citizens: You should note that since January 23, 2007 a passport is required for
air travel to Canada.
