The role of the Human Resources (HR) division at the University of Saskatchewan is to guide and support the development and implementation of best-practice people strategies across the university. Strategies to support people (leaders, faculty and staff)  in contributing to their full potential—fully engaged, healthy and well and aligned with the directions of the university. The priorities and activities of HR are focused within five strategic initiatives: Recruit, Align, Develop, Engage and Reward; supported by: Labour Relations, Information Technology, and Communications. We aspire to a diverse and inclusive workplace, in particular to provide for the success of our Aboriginal faculty and staff.
